DUE DATES

MONDAY, MAY 1: Read "Polaroids," "Character," "Plot," and "Dialog" in Bird by Bird (39--73). Write at least one DEJ entry on each chapter. (No Monday Mentor Text this week!)

FRIDAY, MAY 5: Next rough draft due.

MONDAYS: Two Double entry journals (DEJs) on model texts of your choice.  Be prepared to share at start of class!
FRIDAYS: Most Fridays, students should have a draft in progress to share with the group.  NOTE: lack of a draft can keep you from participating in group--be prepared!
